  Item arrived at their warehouses for shipment and it took them a week to contact us. Once they did contact us and setup a delivery window. The item was never delivered in the window. Throughout the whole process we tried many times to call them and they never answered. This is likely meaningless but the company is very unprofessional and I wouldn't work with them if you have any choice in the matter.

  I was scheduled for a delivery which they did not deliver. I've been trying to get a hold of the office, but they never answer their phones. I understand that sometimes things get in the way but out of courtesy they should have at least called me to provide some kind of information. I've never felt so displeased with a service and I'm not one to go on rants or give bad reviews but this is just horrible customer service.
