  My father in law was on his way home hen was an attorney on 2/1/17 he loved in Jersey city. He had an accidental slip n fall report n fall . He died in Bellevue hospital 2/4/2017 . My fiance was anONLY child her mother lost custody n abandoned all her kids . We have been trying 2 hire an attorney but, due 2 every Esq making my fiance do the investigative work n not returning calls my fiance fired Sanders n Sanders they made her talk to the police,,find witnesses get the report ,when she went 2 1 police plaza she was told there he didn't exist even after looking at an original death certificate then the officer said no report said NO report was made because it was his fault. Another Esq said "2bad he didn't fall down on the escalator " I know it's been over 90 days but,due 2 these circumstances we have been unable 2 find an attorney who is strong enough to fight n get a stay due 2 extend the time period we have talked 2 many Esq s we also need 2 probate lawyers 1 for NYC 1 for nj my fiance found out he was robbed checks were written by a secretary who is a Esq but, never has practiced in a COURT .she is using my dad's name n she wrote checks 2 herself ,2 the law office he denied this another ex partner took out a 50 k loan n a50k business credit card .my fiance believes the woman is getting paid from clients .In New Jersey DeL for no reltors made 21,700 just for her dad 2 move in rent was 3,100 DeL For no made 6200
  00 , finders fee they allowed 2 females without taking identification 2steal our family dog I told them I was waiting 4 death certificates .we went 2 the reltors with the cremation papers n papers saying I was the heir n only family member ,beneficiary I was denied any access 2 the apt .Her dad was a practicing divorce attorney clients OWE money please call
