    I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. They had 2 manicurist and 1 lady doing pedicure. When I walked in I requested a gel manicure. The girl told me she didn't have time to do one as she's booked with appointments today and can only do a manicure. Nowhere does it did it mention a appointment was required. So I walked out.
