  Fairly crowded at times, and usually have to wait for people making transactions that seem longer than usual, but is also the last closest branch besides the one on Kearny Ave, unless your headed down the Ave continuing towards the heart of Kearny (not in the direction towards harrison) which has several local spots that take card for under the $10.00 limit. It has 2 Atm machines to be used, so when there are 2 people using the machines that take up a bit of time it can be frustrating if your on an in and out experience.
