  We turned to Endeavor House for help with a family member. Upon entering the facility it appeared very chaotic. Having some understanding in this field, I thought once my niece was admitted the care and treatment would have some organization and give our family the help we needed. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I observed nurses being bombarded by patients and their manager (whom I believe is named Mary?). Without berating this facility... I had no choice but to remove my niece from Endeavor House due to the chaos and poor management. I do feel the nurses are overloaded and hope with this new year Endeavor House regroups and finds a balance so they can strive for excellence for the patients and its staff. I strongly suggest taking your loved one to a different treatment center.
